I love this because you can look for the recipe you want, pull it out and work with it. If food splashes on it (if you're messy like me), it doesn't matter because you can easily wipe it off from the plastic sleeve. I've never had a problem with them sliding out. I use the individual sleeves (1 paper per sleeve). They're pretty cheap. You can also buy dividers to separate the recipes how you wish. My recipes are all in plastic sleeves and in a binder. I did them in alphabetical order so they were easy to find and I didn't have to rewrite anything. Print the one you want when you want it. Spill on it to your hearts content - throw it away and then print another when you need to. Print out your recipes & use a 3 hole punch. I have 2 binders now, I do need 2 more, 1 is desserts & such & the other is for sides, mains & breads. I also just downloaded a recipe filing software.
