How do you turn a bad garden good? »

TweetI have this patch of dirt in my backyard meant for gardening, however it is an awful place to garden (for now at least). The dirt in unfertile, there are weeds everywhere, and it’s the most popular rabbit hangout spot. Help!!!! what do i do!!! thanks SO much for the help!!!!!!!

Does putting paper and mulch on a garden work if it’s soaking wet? will it cause rot that will kill my plants? »

TweetI’m putting blank newspaper and mulch on my veggie garden, but the ground is soaking wet. Is it ok to do this? Or will it cause rot, etc, or attract insects that will kill the plants?
