I just normal tap water, but you can use distilled water if you like.

musik is great! but the problem is that because of osmosis the cells will take up too much water and will destroy the cell with a result that the salad will only look fresher but will taste old

Yeah, like it’s this reverse osmosis process or something that one can use to make milk fresh but I would honestly just whether get a new bottle from the store.
