What is the difference between lust and love?

How can you tell if it's true love?
A good friend once gave me this great piece of advice:
Everyone gets old, loses their appearance, appeal, and their sexual ability. Eventually, you will lose the tingly, turned on, lovey-dovey feeling you are feeling now. You have to ask yourself, after this person loses that, would you still want to be with them then? What would be the thing that keeps you together? If there is nothing there, what you are feeling is simply lust. Love is more than a feeling, more than a physical, chemical reaction to another person’s pheromones, touch, etc. Love is being there for someone when they are grumpy, when they lose their money, when you’re angry at them, when people tell you they’re not good enough for you. Love is a commitment. Lust is a feeling. Lust passes, but love stays forever. In the best relationships, you have a bit of each.
